The devs behind this have put a lot of effort into making it look like more than just a theme and it comes with various other bits like being able to swipe up to make the notifications bar disappear. There are multiple home screens with the various ICS wallpapers included plus that nifty little dock at the bottom - complete with soft keys to replace the physical buttons (which of course just end up doubling up on a device which already has buttons!)
